Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to IntuSketch—the app, this site, AI portrait features, subscriptions, and support.

Using the service

You may use IntuSketch only if you can enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for what you submit—photos, text, and feedback links.

Not professional advice

IntuSketch is a creative self-reflection and portrait product. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, biometric, therapeutic, or professional advice. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subjective and are not facts about you.

Your content

You keep rights in what you upload. You grant IntuSketch the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and store it so we can run the service, generate portraits, sync results, and support your account.

Respect for people

Do not upload or discuss someone else without the right to do so. Do not harass, shame, impersonate, exploit, or harm anyone with the product.

Subscriptions & purchases

Subscriptions may be sold through Apple. Pricing, billing periods, trials, and renewals appear in the App Store sheet before purchase. Apple handles payment, cancellations, and refunds under its policies. Manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.

Limits & availability

We may apply usage limits to protect the service, manage cost, and prevent abuse. Some features may require a subscription. We may change, pause, or discontinue features when needed.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the service.
• Do not bypass subscriptions, rate limits, security checks, or account controls.
• Do not upload unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or rights-infringing material.
• Do not use outputs in ways that break laws or harm others’ rights.

Intellectual property

IntuSketch’s branding, software, design, and site content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks, code, or underlying technology.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free behaviour, or that outputs will match your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IntuSketch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms, risk the service, or act unlawfully. You may stop using IntuSketch anytime and request deletion where available.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to tell you. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
