Privacy Policy

IntuSketch helps you create AI portraits from your self-perception, face traits, optional friend feedback, and a photo you may choose to provide. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Photos. If you provide a face photo, it may be uploaded to our servers so we can process it and create your portrait.
• Self-perception responses. Answers, free-text reflections, and structured face traits you submit in the app.
• Friend feedback. If you create an invite link, we store responses submitted through it and link them to your session.
• Generated outputs. Sketches, comparison data, and job status so the app can show your results.
• Device & security data. Device identifiers, auth tokens, App Attest or DeviceCheck signals where available, timestamps, request logs, and similar data to operate and protect the service.
• Purchases. If you subscribe, Apple processes payment; we receive entitlement information needed to unlock premium features.
• Support messages. What you include when you contact us.

How we use information

We use data to generate portraits, run comparisons, sync your account, provide support, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and keep the service secure.

AI processing & providers

We may send photos, prompts, responses, and related context to AI and infrastructure providers that generate portraits and run the service. They process data on our behalf under their terms and safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.

Photos & sensitive content

Providing a photo is your choice. Do not upload images of other people unless you have the right to do so. Share friend-feedback links only with people you trust.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the app, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. You can request account deletion in the app where available or by contacting support.

Your choices

• You can skip uploading a photo or inviting friend feedback.
• You can delete your account in the app where available.
• You can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings.
• You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to law and technical limits.

Children

IntuSketch is not for children under 13. If you believe a child gave us personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International transfers

We may process information outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy. The new version will appear here with an updated effective date.
